- In 2006, Zhuhai Comking Electric Co., Ltd. was registered and established
- In 2009, it was recognized as a "Guangdong Province Contract-abiding and Credit-worthy Enterprise"
- In 2010, it was recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise"
- In 2012, the "Zhuhai Electric Power Intelligent Switch Engineering Technology Research and Development Center" was established and received support from the National Innovation Fund
- In 2014, it was recognized as the "Guangdong Engineering Technology Research Center" and won the title of "Guangdong Famous Brand Product"
- In 2015, the company opened a new office building and established a smart grid research and development center
- In 2016, the Smart Energy Division was established and officially entered the new energy field; Won the title of "Guangdong Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base"
- In 2017, the company successfully reformed its shares; was recognized as the "Guangdong Province Enterprise Technology Center"
- In 2018, it was recognized as a "Guangdong Province High-growth Small and Medium-sized Enterprise"
- In 2019, the Doumen production base was completed; it was awarded the "National Advanced Collective of the Machinery Industry" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security
- In 2020, it was awarded the "National Intellectual Property Demonstration Enterprise"; Named as one of the "Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises in Guangdong Province in 2020" and a national "Little Giant" of Specialized, Refined and New Enterprises
- In 2021, it won the Guangdong Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award
- In 2022, the Comking Marketing and R&D Production Base in Ganzhou, Jiangxi was completed
- In 2023, the component division was established, and the voltage transformer, current transformer, and cable accessories product lines were added;
- In 2024, Ganzhou Comking Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established
- In 2025, Comking Foshan Smart Energy Industrial Park was put into use
