• In 2006, Zhuhai Comking Electric Co., Ltd. was registered and established
• In 2009, it was recognized as a "Guangdong Province Contract-abiding and Credit-worthy Enterprise"
• In 2010, it was recognized as a "National High-tech Enterprise"
• In 2012, the "Zhuhai Electric Power Intelligent Switch Engineering Technology Research and Development Center" was established and received support from the National Innovation Fund
• In 2014, it was recognized as the "Guangdong Comking Intelligent Power Switch Engineering Technology Research Center"
• In 2015, the company opened a new office building and established a smart grid research and development center
• In 2016, the Smart Energy Division was established and officially entered the new energy field; Won the title of "Guangdong Postdoctoral Innovation and Practice Base"
• In 2017, the company successfully reformed its shares; was recognized as the "Guangdong Province Enterprise Technology Center"

• In 2022, the Comking Marketing and R&D Production Base in Ganzhou, Jiangxi was completed
• In 2023, the component division was established, and the voltage transformer, current transformer, and cable accessories product lines were added;
• In 2024, Ganzhou Comking Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established
• In 2025, Comking Foshan Smart Energy Industrial Park was put into use
