GCK/ GCS/ MNS Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear
- The GCK/GCS/MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) consists of two parts: the power distribution center (PC) cabinet and the motor control center (MCC). This device is suitable for control electrical systems with an AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated working voltage of 660V-690V or less, and a rated current of 4000A or less (where the rated current of the MNS cabinet can reach 6300A).
►Overview
The GCK/GCS/MNS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the switchgear) consists of two parts: the power distribution center (PC) cabinet and the motor control center (MCC). This device is suitable for control electrical systems with an AC frequency of 50 (60) Hz, a rated working voltage of 660V-690V or less, and a rated current of 4000A or less (where the rated current of the MNS cabinet can reach 6300A). It is used as power distribution, motor control, lighting and other distribution equipment.
The switchgear is suitable for various power supply and distribution needs, and can be widely used in various low-voltage distribution systems such as power plants, substations, industrial and mining enterprises, buildings, hotels, municipal construction, etc., and complies with IEC60439-1 Low Voltage Complete Set Switch and Control Equipment, GB/T 7251-2017 Low Voltage Complete Set Switch and Control Equipment etc. standards.

►Product Features
1.Advanced structure:The door of the MCC cabinet drawer compartment is mechanically interlocked with the operating handle of the circuit breaker or isolation switch, and the door can only be opened when the handle is in the open position. The drawers of the power switch, contact switch, and MCC cabinet have three positions: switch on position, test position, and off position.
2.Modular design:Easy to expand, the cabinet accommodates a large number of circuits, and adopts a modular combination structure with module holes for installation. The components have strong universal performance, saving space and convenient maintenance. The top of the switchgear can be equipped with a busbar bridge according to the needs of the receiving point.
3.Safe and reliable:The upper part of the cabinet is the busbar compartment, the front part is the electrical compartment, and the rear part is the cable foundation line compartment. Each compartment is separated by steel plates or insulation boards to ensure safe operation.
4.Standardized design:Reasonable structure, flexible scheme, strong universality, meeting the standardized design of the power grid.
5.Flexible combinations:Drawers with the same functional unit have good interchangeability, with the drawer unit as the main body, and have both withdrawable and fixed functions, which can be mixed and combined for any use.
6.High protection level:The protection level of the cabinet is IP30 or IP40, which can be selected.
7.High degree of intelligence:It can cooperate with the intelligent operation and maintenance backend to bring temperature sensing or various states to the backend for intelligent control.
