COMKING in Poland: Integrated Energy Storage for PV Applications
As photovoltaic projects expand, efficient energy storage integration can help optimism space mutilation and simplify on-site installation.
For a PV project in Poland, COMKING supplied an AC/DC integrated energy storage cabinet combining the battery system and Power Conversion System (PCS) in a compact, factory-assembled configuration.
► Factory Integration for Faster Deployment
The battery system and PCS are wired and commissioned at the factory, reducing the work required on site. According to the supplied technical data, this approach can reduce installation and commissioning time by more than 80%, supporting faster deployment, particularly where space is limited.

► Safety and System Protection
Housing the battery system and PCS in one cabinet eliminates external DC cabling between these components, reducing potential electrical risk points. The cabinet also features a three-layer active fire protection design incorporating early warning, pressure relief and fire suppression.

► Independent Battery Cluster Management
The one-cluster-one-PCS architecture connects each battery cluster to a dedicated PCS, helping limit interactions between clusters and improve battery utilization. According to the supplied technical data, this configuration can increase total lifetime energy throughput by more than 8%. If a battery pack (PACK) develops a fault, the affected pack can be isolated while other battery clusters and their PCS units continue operating, subject to system protection and control logic.
With factory commissioning, integrated equipment design and independent cluster management, COMKING supports efficient deployment and reliable operation of energy storage systems for PV applications.
