CKAI-12 Series Atmospheric Sealed Air Insulated Ring Main Unit
- CKAI- 12 series atmospheric pressure sealed air insulated ring main unit uses dry air as insulating medium, and the micro-atmospheric vacuum interrupter is used to extinguish the arc. Its disconnector and arc chamber are completely enclosed in a stainless steel gas box of dry air, which is fully insulated and sealed.

CKAI- 12 series atmospheric pressure sealed air insulated ring main unit uses dry air as insulating medium, and the micro-atmospheric vacuum interrupter is used to extinguish the arc. Its disconnector and arc chamber are completely enclosed in a stainless steel gas box of dry air, which is fully insulated and sealed. The gas box is made of imported stainless steel plate and welded by advanced robot welding technology. The protection level of the inflatable shell reaches I P 65. The bus adopts lateral expansion structure, which is mature in technology and convenient to install, and has the requirements of environmental protection, safety, reliability, compact structure, maintenance-free and long service life. It is a completely environment-friendly switchgear product with high-tech core devices and new technologies, new processes and new materials. Its main functional units are: V unit (circuit breaker unit) and C unit (load switch unit).

Environmental protection and safety: air is used as insulating medium, vacuum arc extinguishing, and SF6 gas is not included. More than 95% of the materials are environmentally-friendly and recyclable, so as to minimize their impact on the environment.
Compact structure: small volume, modular and maintenance-free design; Circuit breaker, load switch, disconnector, sealed box, operating mechanism and cabinet are independent modules, forming standardized functional units, which is convenient for factory prefabrication and assembly.
Easy to expand: easy to expand, the operating mechanism has two kinds of mechanisms: spring and permanent magnet. Lower isolation and lower grounding structure, with overall dimensions of 500mm× wide × 920mm× deep × 2000mm； high; Side expansion, common box, convenient installation and expansion.
