COMKING ’s Doumen Manufacturing Facility integrates R&D, precision manufacturing, testing, and quality control for power distribution and switchgear equipment.
► Smart Manufacturing & Precision Fabrication
The facility operates an integrated sheet metal fabrication process covering laser cutting, punching and shearing, bending, welding, and coating. Automated production supports both high-volume manufacturing and customised requirements, with a stated dimensional accuracy of ±0.05 mm.
Digital identification and traceability are applied throughout production, enabling key components to be tracked from raw material receipt to final dispatch.
► Integrated Switchgear Manufacturing
COMKING manufactures switchgear based on multiple insulation technologies, including SF₆-insulated, environmentally friendly gas-insulated, and solid-insulated switchgear, alongside atmospheric-pressure sealed switchgear and pole-mounted switching equipment.
Dedicated production lines support different product categories, with automated processes and inspection integrated throughout manufacturing.
► Pole-Mounted Switching & Distribution Automation
COMKING’s pole-mounted portfolio includes the CKWB-20 and CKWZ-32 outdoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breakers, featuring a modular, fully insulated design for outdoor distribution applications.
The Automation Product Center develops, manufactures, and validates distribution automation hardware and software in-house. Primary and secondary equipment can be integrated and tested before delivery, supporting standardised deployment and digitalised distribution networks.
