►Product Overview
The CWBC-03 Distribution Automation Feeder Terminal (enclosed FTU) is designed for distribution networks with voltage levels of 10kV and above. It is applicable to distribution network feeder automation systems with dual power supply, open loop, or closed loop operation. The CWBC-03 is a 'three remote' type distribution automation feeder terminal that collects feeder current, voltage, and status quantities to facilitate local and remote monitoring, control, and fault detection functions for pole-mounted switchgear.

1. High Protection and Reliability Design
The enclosure-type FTU features a protective structure that is resistant to vibration, interference, and corrosion. The box is highly sealed and has been specially treated to withstand harsh outdoor environments, with an operating temperature range of -40℃ to +80℃. Certain models are equipped with a built-in battery module, designed as an integrated unit to eliminate the issue of exposed cables from external battery boxes. Additionally, it supports seamless switching to backup power, ensuring that circuit operations and fault information uploads can still be performed after a power outage.
2. Intelligent Fault Management and Protection Functions
Supports automatic detection, isolation, and restoration of power supply for single-phase ground faults and phase-to-phase short circuit faults, thereby reducing the extent of power outages;
Features such as three-time reclosing, delayed tripping, and fault identification both inside and outside the zero-sequence current area enhance fault management efficiency;
Incorporates built-in protection logic for overcurrent and overload conditions, combined with high-precision sampling (e.g., 64-point sampling density per cycle), ensuring operational accuracy.
3. Modularity and Expandability
The hardware features a modular design, allowing for flexible configuration of the main control board, power supply module, communication interface, and other plug-ins, supporting plug-and-play functionality and remote maintenance; It offers multiple communication interfaces (including 5 serial ports and 2 Ethernet ports), compatible with fiber optic and wireless communication methods, to meet the requirements of various scenarios.
4. Intelligent Monitoring and Remote Control.
It collects real-time data on voltage, current, temperature, and more, supporting the 'three remote' functions: remote measurement, remote signal, and remote control. Data can be stored for up to 3 months and will be overwritten in a loop. It supports remote parameter settings, program upgrades, and fault indication reset (manual/automatic/remote) from the main station.
Environmental adaptability and heat dissipation optimization: certain models are equipped with a heat dissipation battery box, enabling dynamic heat management through ventilation openings and adjustable sliders, making them suitable for high or low-temperature environments. The unit exhibits strong seismic performance (supporting horizontal acceleration of 0.3g) and a high protection level, enabling stable operation under extreme conditions such as ice accumulation and strong winds.
