►Product Overview
The CKPM603 Distribution Automation Measurement and Control Unit (Distributed DTU), when used in conjunction with the ring main unit switch, can be configured to provide intelligent distributed, voltage-time characteristic, voltage-current-time characteristic, protective type, and other distribution network functionalities, thereby achieving on-site distribution automation. The device, in coordination with outgoing switches, branch switches, and other components, can facilitate fault isolation and recovery in distribution lines. It represents a new generation of microcomputer-based remote terminal devices for distribution automation, integrating telemetering, remote signaling, remote control, protection, and communication functions.

►Product Features
Powerful Hardware and Software Platform:
The device features an integrated design, with strong versatility in circuit design, good interchangeability, excellent maintainability, and convenient technology upgrades. The software platform utilizes an embedded real-time operating system, with a single main control board achieving both 'algorithm' and 'communication' functions, resulting in a simple and reliable system architecture.
High Reliability Power Supply:
The terminal employs a high-performance, highly reliable switching power supply, with a wide range of universal input, providing three selectable operating power sources, categorized into 85-265VAC/DC、24VDC、48VDC. The power input terminal incorporates multiple anti-interference filtering measures and lightning protection circuits. Various filter capacitors utilize long-life, high-temperature, high-frequency low-resistance electrolytic capacitors, while the high-frequency transformer incorporates double-layer shielding measures. This ensures that the device can operate stably and reliably over an extended period.
Multiple Anti-Interference Measures:
The device employs multi-level isolation and effective shielding measures, with comprehensive consideration of anti-interference strategies in the design from the chassis to the printed circuit board and the selection of components. Various anti-interference strategies; The application of advanced surface mount technology, along with strict compliance with ISO9001:2015 procedures during the production process, ensures that the entire unit exhibits excellent electromagnetic compatibility and high reliability in field operations, eliminating the need for any external anti-interference measures, simplified the design and operational maintenance.
Flexible and Configurable Functions:
The device maintenance tool software offers three major configuration functions: device channel configuration, setting of fixed parameters, and configuration of forwarding point tables. Through these three configuration functions, various engineering applications can be completed without modifying the program, significantly enhancing the reliability of the device.
Comprehensive Fault Recording Function:
The terminal features fault recording and fault waveform recording capabilities, sampling 80 points per cycle, and recording the 4 cycles preceding the fault and 8 cycles following it.
Goose Communication Compliant with IEC61850 Standards:
The delay time for peer-to-peer communication of fault information exchange messages is less than 15 ms.
High-resolution, user-friendly human-machine interface (optional):
The terminal is equipped with a large 160×160 Chinese character LCD display and menu operation, offering an excellent human-machine interface. Set value data, control character meanings, switch inputs, and fault information are all displayed in Chinese characters, making on-site adjustments and viewing very convenient.
