Zero-Carbon Energy Cabin
- The Zero-Carbon Energy Cabin is an innovative distributed energy solution integrating PV generation, storage power supply, and intelligent energy management, built with a modular steel frame structure following a dual-use (normal + emergency) design principle. In normal times, it serves as a versatile space for commercial, public service, and other functions; during disasters, it quickly switches to an emergency power supply station, adapting to energy needs across small commercial, campus, outdoor operations, and other scenarios.
Overview
The Zero-Carbon Energy Cabin is an innovative distributed energy solution integrating PV generation, energy storage systems, and intelligent energy management, featuring a modular steel frame structure with a dual-purpose (normal and emergency) design principle. Under normal conditions, it serves as a versatile space for commercial, public service, and other applications; during disasters, it quickly switches to an emergency power supply station, adapting to energy needs across small commercial applications, campuses, outdoor operations, and other scenarios.
The cabin integrates an 8kW/60kWh PV-storage system with high-efficiency PV modules installed on the roof and facade, generating approximately 18 kWh per day, paired with LFP battery storage for 24-hour uninterrupted power supply and stable power supply for 3 days during rainy weather. Built-in BMS and EMS intelligent energy management support multi-terminal monitoring via web, apps, and mini programs, providing real-time PV generation and energy storage charge/discharge data. Automatic pop-up alerts and push notifications are sent to mobile devices when the SOC drops below 50%.
The fully movable modular design features a steel structure resistant to Category 10 typhoons and magnitude 8 earthquakes, with excellent waterproof, fireproof, and soundproof performance. Comprehensive safety protection measures and convenient charging methods (PV, grid, and battery pack replacement — three-mode flexible switching), combined with AI-based dispatch and emergency charging vehicle coordination, build a “fixed storage + mobile charging” multi-dimensional energy security network, achieving energy self-sufficiency, efficient utilization, and intelligent O&M.
