CK-NLC-522 Mobile Storage-Charging Vehicle
- The CK-NLC-522 Mobile Storage-Charging Vehicle is designed for emergency power supply scenarios, adopting a zoned layout with core configuration including liquid-cooled storage battery pack, modular PCS, DC charging port, and integrated dual-gun charger, integrating BMS, energy management, and intelligent control systems. It features intelligent on/off-grid switching, black start, reactive and harmonic compensation, etc.
Overview
The CK-NLC-522 Mobile Energy Storage Charging Vehicle is designed for emergency power supply applications. It adopts a zoned layout with core components including a liquid-cooled battery pack, modular PCS, DC charging ports, and an integrated dual-gun charger. The vehicle integrates BMS, energy management, and intelligent control systems, featuring intelligent on-grid/off-grid switching, black start, reactive and harmonic compensation.
The vehicle is equipped with dual battery packs and compartment-level aerosol/perfluorohexanone fire protection systems for safe operation, along with a hydraulic tailgate, charger storage area, rest area, and other auxiliary facilities. It can be widely applied in EV fast charging, peak shaving, emergency power supply, and demand management scenarios, balancing practicality and comfort.
