- The CK-NLC-215 Mobile Storage-Charging Vehicle is built for full-scenario energy supply and emergency power assurance, using a Dongfeng dedicated chassis with a scientific 5-compartment shelter layout.
Overview
The CK-NLC-215 Mobile Energy Storage Charging Vehicle is designed for multi-scenario energy supply and emergency power support, based on a Dongfeng dedicated chassis with an optimized five-compartment shelter layout. The roof-mounted PV power generation system enables efficient energy replenishment and optimal space utilization.
The vehicle's core system includes a 215 kWh liquid-cooled battery pack, modular SiC PCS, and a 120 kW integrated dual-gun charger, with integrated BMS, EMS, and intelligent control cabinet systems. It achieves 10 ms seamless on-grid/off-grid switching, with functions including black start, three-phase unbalanced load operation, and reactive power and harmonic compensation for stable and efficient power supply.
Safety features include dual fire protection with perfluorohexanone injection inside the battery pack and compartment-level perfluorohexanone fire suppression systems, ensuring comprehensive operational safety. Supporting facilities include a hydraulic tailgate, cable reel, quick-connect interfaces, and a rest area, balancing operational convenience and comfort.
The product is widely applicable to EV fast charging, peak shaving and frequency regulation, emergency power support, C&I peak shaving, and demand management, representing an efficient, intelligent, and safe mobile energy solution.
